By using Pawmancy (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Pawmancy is operated by CROSS CHECK (Dokyeong Ha, sole proprietor), registered in South Korea (Business Registration Number: 830-07-03348).

Pawmancy generates AI-written personality readings for pets based on information provided by the user, including the pet’s name, breed, birthday or arrival date, and other optional details.

Readings combine astrology, breed essence, numerology, and color aura into a unified portrait. Each reading is generated by artificial intelligence and is intended for entertainment, reflection, and companionship purposes.

Important: Readings are not professional veterinary, medical, behavioral, or psychological advice. Do not rely on Pawmancy for decisions about your pet’s health, training, or care.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a reading. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Readings are sold for a one-time price of US $5. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as the Merchant of Record.

All prices are in US dollars and may be displayed in your local currency at checkout. Applicable taxes will be calculated and added at checkout based on your location.

Refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

The reading content generated for your pet is provided to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may share the reading URL with others.

You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Pawmancy readings or any part of the Service without prior written permission.

All Service design, code, branding, and underlying technology are owned by Pawmancy (CROSS CHECK) and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the information you provide about your pet. By submitting that information, you grant Pawmancy a limited license to use it solely for generating and storing your reading.

You agree not to submit information that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, or infringes the rights of others.

Readings are generated by large language models. While we work to ensure quality and accuracy of the framework, individual readings may contain inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or generic statements. Readings are creative interpretations, not factual claims.

Pawmancy does not guarantee that any reading will accurately describe your pet’s actual personality, behavior, or future.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawmancy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the affected reading.

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or third-party service interruptions (e.g., AI provider, hosting provider).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, Korea.
