Refund Policy

Pawmancy is a digital product, generated on-demand using AI. Once we generate your reading, real costs (AI processing, infrastructure) are incurred. For this reason, our refund policy is straightforward but fair.

We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase if any of the following apply:

• The reading failed to generate or was incomplete due to a technical issue on our end
• The reading was clearly generated for the wrong pet due to a system error
• You experienced a duplicate charge for the same reading
• Any other circumstance you believe warrants a refund — we review each request individually

The following are generally not eligible for refund:

• Disagreement with the content of the reading (e.g., “I don’t think it describes my pet correctly”) — readings are creative interpretations and subjective
• Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
• Multiple readings purchased intentionally (each reading is a separate purchase)

That said, we believe in customer satisfaction. If you’re unhappy with your experience, please reach out — we’ll do our best to make it right.

Send an email to [email protected] with:

• The email address used at checkout
• The pet’s name from the reading (or the reading URL)
• Brief description of the issue

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Dodo Payments and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.

We strongly prefer to work with you directly. If you initiate a chargeback before contacting us, we may not be able to help — and chargebacks may result in your account being blocked from future purchases.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law (e.g., EU consumer protection laws, UK Consumer Rights Act, US state laws).

Note: Under EU consumer law, the standard 14-day cooling-off period for digital products is waived once the digital content has been delivered (i.e., once the reading is generated). By starting a reading, you acknowledge this and agree that the cooling-off period ends immediately upon delivery. The discretionary refund policy above still applies.
